Are you going to donate a car to charity? Welcome to
Vehicle Management Services' used car donation program, where you help the
charity of your choice by donating a car, truck, mini van, SUV, motorcycle or
fleet vehicle to help those in need.
Please take a moment to review the list of charities
to decide which organization will benefit from your car
donation. You will recognize many of the national organizations and
there are also many smaller charities that need your automobile donations for
support in order to provide their specific programs and services. When you
review the list of charities, feel free to contact
them if you have any questions. Every charity listed is registered with the IRS
as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit company and is fully dedicated to their programs
and services, so your auto donation will be tax
deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor as to how you will benefit.
- You win when you donate an automobile to charity through our car donation program because your vehicle will be picked up at no cost to you, towed to an auto auction and sold to raise money for the charity you choose. Then you claim the donation on your taxes as a charitable contribution.
- The charity wins because they raise money from the sale of your automobile donation. A charity car donation is a major source of funding for many non-profit organizations and a terrific way for you to help those in need.

- When you call 1-866-435-7242, our courteous staff will be happy to answer any questions you have and explain the IRS guidelines. Please know we follow the IRS guidelines exactly.
- In order to accept your vehicle for donation, we will need to speak to you when you have the vehicle's Certificate of Title with you so we may obtain information and assist you in completing the seller's portion of the title.
- Your vehicle's FREE PICKUP will be scheduled on the business day of your choice and can usually be completed within 1-2 business days. You will not have to mail any documents or endure a long waiting period like many other charitable car donation programs. At the time of pickup, the tow driver will only need the keys, Certificate of Title and the vehicle. You don't even have to be there! The tow driver will leave the first receipt for you at the time of pickup.

You will receive a second receipt from the charity after your vehicle is sold.
This receipt is specifically designed to meet the new IRS requirements so
please save this receipt and file it with your taxes.
Please note: the IRS designed a form (1098 C) which can be used in place of the receipt the director of the charity mailed to you, if you so choose.
